Plan Index definition

Plan Index means the master index of plans by reference to the areas of Angus set out in Schedule 1a and to be read in conjunction with the Key and the Plans;
Plan Index means the (sealed) sheet titled as “Birmingham City Council (St Georges, Newtown) (Traffic Regulation) Order202* Plan Index”, in this Order that records the On-Street Plans and Permit Area Plan that are current for the purposes of interpretation of this Order;
