Planned Maintenance Time definition

Planned Maintenance Time means scheduled outages planned in advance and have been approved by MPSEDC. The procedure for Planned Maintenance time shall be finalized during the time of implementation.

Planned Maintenance Time means the total number of minutes of planned maintenance and other PeopleDoc scheduled system activities in the given calendar month, including but not limited to the necessary time for: (i) regular upgrades to the PeopleDoc Application(s), (ii) technical maintenance of its platforms, (iii) installing security patches. The Planned Maintenance Time may not exceed 120 minutes per calendar month. Such maintenance operations will be performed by PeopleDoc as and when necessary. If these activities will impact the availability of the PeopleDoc Application, PeopleDoc will use reasonable efforts to provide Customer advance notice, by e-mail (for all customers having subscribed to the status page), at least 3 working days before such activities.
