Plant Delivery Point definition

Plant Delivery Point means the point where an Upstream Pipeline interconnects with a Plant.
Plant Delivery Point means the point on Southern’s Lines at which gas is delivered by Southern to Plant Owners for processing in the Plant.
Plant Delivery Point means the point at which the Gathering Facilities are interconnected with the Plant and at which point treated Shipper’s Gas is metered by Gatherer and exits the outlet side of the Plant, which point is identified in APPENDIX “C”.

Examples of Plant Delivery Point in a sentence

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall require Processor to accept delivery of any Gas that does not conform to the Quality Specifications at the Plant Delivery Point.

  • The Residue Gas prior to being commingled with any Bypassed Gas shall have a total or gross heating value of not less than one thousand (1,000) BTU’s per cubic foot (gross heating value saturated with water vapor) and shall otherwise comply with the quality specifications enumerated in the contract heretofore executed by Plant Owners and Southern; provided that the combined gas stream delivered by Southern at the Plant Delivery Point meets such specifications.

  • From the quantities of gas measured at the respective Field Delivery Points as provided above, there shall be deducted any gas which may be lost, used or sold by Southern at any place on Southern’s Lines between such Field Delivery Points and the Plant Delivery Point, as more specifically set forth in Section 4.1 above.

  • Processor hereby indemnifies and holds Producers harmless against any and all claims, demands, and causes of action of any kind and all losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from injuries to persons or property attributable to the Equity Gas or Processor's Retrograde, after delivery thereof has been made to Processor at a Plant Delivery Point.

  • From the quantities of gas measured at the respective Field Delivery Points as provided above, there shall be deducted any gas which may be lost, used, or sold by Southern at any place on Southern’s Lines between such Field Delivery Points and the Plant Delivery Point, as more specifically set forth in Section 4.1 above.

  • Processor and Plant Supplier desire hereby to provide the terms and conditions under which such gas will be delivered from Southern’s Lines to the Plant pursuant to the Transportation Agreement, as hereinafter defined, for processing for Plant Supplier’s account and the Liquid Hydrocarbons in such gas will be sold to Processor at the Plant Delivery Point for a consideration to Plant Supplier consisting of a share of Products, all as hereinafter more fully set forth.

  • If Customer does not deliver the MVC for any calendar year, Customer shall pay Gatherer a fee (the “Deficiency Fee”) equal to the product of the then effective Plant Delivery Point Gathering Fee multiplied by the difference between (i) the MVC for such calendar year minus (ii) Customer’s total deliveries of Gas to the Points of Receipt during such calendar year.

  • Whenever and to the extent Effluent meeting the requirements of Appendix E attached to the 4greernent is available for delivery at the Avenue Plant, the Effluent required to be delivered in fulfillment of this exercise of the Unit _____ Option shall be delivered at the _______ Avenue Plant Delivery Point, unless and until the Participants shall hereafter otherwise designate in writing.

  • Subject to Article XIV, SD shall deliver to each Legacy Plant Delivery Point on each day of such Month the applicable amount of CO2 (consistent with the specification set forth on Exhibit E) as set forth on the Final Legacy Plant CO2 Nomination.

Related to Plant Delivery Point

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Feedstock means any controlled substance or new substance that undergoes chemical transformation in a process in which it is entirely converted from its original composition and whose emissions are insignificant,

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Bulk mixing plant means machinery, appliances or other similar devices that are assembled in such a manner so as to be able to mix materials in bulk for the purposes of using the mixed product for construction work;

  • Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).

  • Fuel burning equipment means any furnace, boiler, apparatus, stack and all associated equipment, used in the process of burning fuel.

  • Operating pressure means the pressure at which the parts of an irrigation system are designed by the manufacturer to operate.

  • Bottled water means water that is placed in a safety sealed container or package for

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 3.1(e).

  • Metering Point means, for meters that do not use instrument transformers, the point at which the billing meter is connected. For meters that use instrument transformers, the point at which the instrument transformers are connected.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Fuel oil means heavy distillates or residues from crude oil or blends of such materials intended for use as a fuel for the production of heat or power of a quality equivalent to the “American Society for Testing and Materials’ Specification for Number Four Fuel Oil (Designation D 396-69)”, or heavier.

  • Produced water means water recovered from an underground reservoir as a result of crude oil, condensate, or natural gas production and which may be recycled, disposed, or re-injected into an underground reservoir.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per

  • plant products means products of plant origin, unprocessed or having undergone simple preparation in so far as these are not plants, set out in Annex IV-A, Part 3 to this Agreement;
