Gathering Facilities definition
Gathering Facilities means those gathering lines and facilities and appurtenances thereto, cathodic protection equipment and such easements and other rights in land that are to be used by Gatherer or, gatherer's designee or third party gathering service provider in performing the Gathering Services.
Gathering Facilities means all facilities and equipment necessary for production testing and separation, Storage tanks, compressors, pipelines, pumps and any other equipment necessary for the Gathering of Hydrocarbons.
