Gathering Facilities definition

Gathering Facilities means those gathering lines and facilities and appurtenances thereto, cathodic protection equipment and such easements and other rights in land that are to be used by Gatherer or, gatherer's designee or third party gathering service provider in performing the Gathering Services.

Examples of Gathering Facilities in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall be obligated to carry out all construction, installation, repair and reconditioning of the Xxxxx, Gathering Facilities and any other facilities necessary for production activities, in accordance with the Work Programs approved by CNH and in compliance with the Risk Management Program.

  • The term “fuel” shall mean the volume of Gas used for fuel by the Gathering Facilities and Seller’s Facilities located downstream of the Delivery Point(s), as stipulated in paragraph 4.2 hereof.

  • Every six (6) months Seller or Seller’s designee shall collect spot gas samples and perform or have performed analysis, on such samples, for Seller’s well(s) connected to Gatherer’s Gathering Facilities.

  • Such information shall include, but not be limited to, permits, licenses, rights-of-way, leases, easements and servitudes related to the Gathering Facilities.

  • The total cost to consolidate Gatherer’s Gap Gathering Facilities shall not exceed $450,000 and shall be invoiced on the first statement following execution of the Agreement.

Related to Gathering Facilities

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.
