Plant Facility means a specific Facility in which the manufacture or assembly of a Launch Vehicles or Launch Vehicles takes place. “Raw Materials” means the tangible components, materials, parts, or other items that are required to assemble or manufacture the Launch Vehicles. “Receiving Party” means the Party receiving Confidential Information from the Disclosing Party.

Plant Facility shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).

Plant Facility means the Equipment and any adjoining plant, equipment, buildings, fixtures, owned and/or operated by Owner/User. “Buyer Indemnified Parties” shall mean Buyer, Owner/User, Client, and all of their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and subcontractors, and Buyer’s parent and affiliated companies which are members of the Linde Group.
