Plant Facilities definition

Plant Facilities means those certain pipelines, associated facilities and interconnects with Downstream Facilities that are, in each case, owned and operated by Provider but not located on the Plant Site, including the Hess North Dakota Pipeline, in each case, as the same may be modified and/or extended from time to time, including pursuant to a Facilities Modification, and as the same are more particularly described on Exhibit A-2. The Plant and Plant Facilities are collectively referred to herein as the “TGP System”.

Plant Facilities has the meaning given such term in Section 2.1.

Plant Facilities means those certain pipelines, associated facilities and interconnects with Downstream Facilities that are related to a Plant and that are, in each case, owned and/or operated by the Provider Group but not located on the site of the applicable Plant, including the TGP Facilities and LM4 Facilities, in each case, as the same may be modified and/or extended from time to time, including pursuant to a Facilities Modification.

• The General Manager, Physical Plant Facilities and/or designate shall give the decision in writing within five (5) working days of the date of the Step meeting.

• If the employee’s immediate supervisor is not available, the employee must get approval from the senior manager responsible for all Office of Physical Plant/ Facilities Operations or the Vice President of Student and Administrative Services in the absence of the senior manager responsible for all physical plant/facilities operations.

• General membership meetings of the Association shall be scheduled through Plant Facilities and follow the regulations and procedures for use of campus facilities and equipment.

More Definitions of Plant Facilities

Plant Facilities means the Facilities (as defined in the BSA) and businesses of Owner including any additions, adjustments, alterations, amendments, or changes from time to time.

Plant Facilities has the meaning set forth in §2(a)(i).

Plant Facilities means either or both of the Bayport Plant Facility ---------------- and the Channelview Plant Facility, as the case may be.
