Astro Group definition

Astro Group means Astro Malaysia Holdings Sdn Bhd (“AMH”) and any person or entity controlled by, or under common control with AMH. "Control" means ownership of shares carrying fifty percent (50%) or more of the votes exercisable at a general meeting (or its equivalent) of a company.
Astro Group or “Astro” means Astro Malaysia Holdings Sdn Bhd (Company No: 932533- V) a company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 of Malaysia and having its registered office at 3rd Floor, Administration Building, All Asia Broadcast Centre, Technology Park Malaysia, Lebuhraya Puchong-Sungai Besi, Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates including Astro Radio Sdn Bhd (Company No. 403472-D);
Astro Group means ASTRO Malaysia Holdings Sdn Bhd (“AMH”) and any person or entity controlled by, or under common control with AMH. "Control" means ownership of shares carrying fifty percent (50%) or more of the votes exercisable at a general meeting (or its equivalent) of a company.

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • Xxxxx Group means Xxxxx and any Affiliate of Xxxxx.

  • SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;

  • ITT means the Purchaser’s invitation to tender dated (date ITT issued).

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Designated Group means - i) Black designated groups; ii) Black People; iii) Women; iv) people with disabilities or v) Small enterprise, as defined in Section 1 of National Small Enterprise Act, (102 of 1996)

  • Group Business Entity means;

  • Tax Group has the meaning set forth in Section 7.06(h)(iii).

  • DBS Group means DBS Bank Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, branches and related companies.

  • MNE Group means any Group that (i) includes two or more enterprises the tax residences of which are in different jurisdictions, or includes an enterprise that is resident for tax purposes in one jurisdiction and is subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment in another jurisdiction, and (ii) is not an Excluded MNE Group;

  • Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.

  • Xxxxxx Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.

  • Women Business Enterprise (WBE) as used in this policy means a business enterprise that meets all of the following criteria:

  • MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (MBE means an individual, partnership, corporation or joint venture of any kind that is owned and controlled by U. S. Citizens and residents of Ohio, who are and have held themselves out as members of the following socially and economically disadvantaged groups: Blacks, American Indians, Hispanics and Asians. Only businesses certified by the State of Ohio Equal Opportunity Division in accordance with Section 123.151 of the Ohio Revised Code shall be recognized as being MBE certified within the purpose of this invitation.

  • Promoter Group means such persons and entities constituting the promoter group as per Regulation 2(1)(pp) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

  • minority business enterprise means any small contractor or supplier of materials fifty-one percent or more of the capital stock, if any, or assets of which is owned by a person or persons: (1) who are active in the daily affairs of the enterprise, (2) who have the power to direct the management and policies of the enterprise, and (3) who are members of a minority, as such term is defined in subsection (a) of Connecticut General Statutes § 32-9n; and

  • Retained Group means the Seller, its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings from time to time, any holding company of the Seller and all other subsidiaries or subsidiary undertakings of any such holding company (except members of the Group);

  • Service Group means any one or more (as the context may require) of the service groups described in this Schedule;

  • Company Group means the Company and its Subsidiaries.
