Plaza Improvements definition

Plaza Improvements means the relocation, reconstruction, improvement and upgrading of the public pedestrian areas within the Village.
Plaza Improvements means new hard-scape surfaces consisting of a combination of pavers divided by concrete “ribbons”, and new concrete sidewalks. New planters, site lighting, landscaping, irrigation, and street furniture amenities will be included. New construction consisting of steps and planters directly in front of the Terminal Building, plus a glass canopy for food service tenants along the west retaining wall will be included.
Plaza Improvements means the plaza; adjacent street and sidewalk improvements; and landscape, lighting, and open space improvements not otherwise included in the backbone infrastructure.

Examples of Plaza Improvements in a sentence

  • To the extent authorized pursuant to an appropriate procurement process as determined by the Village, certain Eligible Infrastructure components, including portions of the Plaza Improvements, Pedestrian Improvements and Parking Improvements may be operated and maintained by TSVI pursuant to a Maintenance Agreement between the Village and TSVI to be entered into in connection with the dedication of such Eligible Infrastructure component(s) to the Village.

  • Certain Eligible Infrastructure components, including portions of the Plaza Improvements, Pedestrian Improvements and Parking Improvements may be operated and maintained by TSVI pursuant to a Maintenance Agreement between the Village and TSVI to be entered into in connection with the dedication of such Eligible Infrastructure component(s) to the Village.

  • Upon completion of the design and procurement process, the final design and specifications for the Stadium Plaza Improvements, as approved in writing by each of the Authority and Team, will be included in the Final Minimum Design Standards as if fully set forth on Exhibit C-2.

  • Any cost overruns incurred during construction or installation of the Stadium Plaza Improvements that would cause the Stadium Plaza Improvements Budget to be exceeded will be paid for from the Owner's Contingency except those cost overruns incurred as a direct result of the construction or installation of a Design Add Alternate, in which case such cost overrun will be the responsibility of the Party that elected to fund the Design Add Alternate.

  • Assurity shall hold the City harmless from any and all liability resulting from the construction, maintenance, and repair of the 21st Plaza Improvements performed by Assurity, its contractors, employees, agents or others acting on behalf of Assurity.

  • The City shall be responsible for all costs associated with the replacement of 21st Plaza upon expiration of its useful life as originally designed without the 21st Plaza Improvements.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, following Certification of GMP the SDC Group will continue to manage the design and procurement of the Stadium Plaza Improvements (including the design and specifications, selection of contractors/vendors and approval of contract terms) and make recommendations to the Authority and Team for approval or disapproval.

  • The Authority and Team acknowledge and agree that design services for the Stadium Plaza Improvements may be provided by a vendor other than the Architect currently under contract in the Design Services Agreement.

  • The Coliseum Plaza Improvements are anticipated to include a unique, highly diversified, +/- 145,000 SF program of dining and entertainment amenities that will support the Coliseum's drawing power as well as establish a strong, independent customer base throughout Long Island and the region.

Related to Plaza Improvements

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in the granting clause of the Mortgage.

  • Licensee Improvements means Improvements created, conceived, or reduced to practice by or for Licensee.

  • Private Improvements means the improvements to be constructed on the Property that are not Public Improvements.

  • Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 64-unit market rate residential apartment building and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Home improvement means the remodeling, altering,

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Public Improvements means only the following improvements: housing facilities; garbage disposal plants; rubbish disposal plants; incinerators; transportation systems, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with those systems; sewage disposal systems, including sanitary sewers, combined sanitary and storm sewers, plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with the collection, treatment, or disposal of sewage or industrial wastes; storm water systems, including storm sewers, plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with the collection, treatment, or disposal of storm water; water supply systems, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with obtaining a water supply, the treatment of water, or the distribution of water; utility systems for supplying light, heat, or power, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with those systems; approved cable television systems, approved cable communication systems, or telephone systems, including plants, works,

  • Joint Improvements means Improvements the inventors of which are jointly (a) employees of, or others obligated to assign inventions to, ImmunoGen or any Affiliate of ImmunoGen, and (b) employees of, or others obligated to assign inventions to, Lilly or any Affiliate of Lilly.

  • Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.

  • Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by Company or any Company Subsidiary, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other third party upon the expiration or termination of the lease for such Leased Real Property.

  • Capital Improvements mean the purchase, renovation, rehabilitation, or construction of permanent land, buildings, structures, equipment and furnishings used directly for or in the Project, and any goods or services for the Project that are purchased and capitalized under GAAP, including any organizational costs and research and development costs incurred in Illinois. Capitalized lease costs for land, buildings, structures or equipment shall be included in “Capital Improvements” only if the lease term, including any extensions or options to extend, equals or exceeds the term of this Agreement, and provided that such lease costs are valued at their present value using the corporate interest rate prevailing at the time the Company filed its Application with the Department.

  • Needs Improvement the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall is below the requirements of a standard or overall, but is not considered to be unsatisfactory at this time. Improvement is necessary and expected.  Unsatisfactory: the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall has not significantly improved following a rating of needs improvement, or the Educator’s performance is consistently below the requirements of a standard or overall and is considered inadequate, or both.

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Non-Public Works and Improvements means all competitively solicited procurement of Supplies and/or Services by the City not solicited as Public Works.

  • Public improvement means projects for construction, reconstruction or major renovation on real property by or for a public agency. “Public Works” shall mean roads, highways, buildings, structures and improvement of all types, the construction, reconstruction, major renovation or painting of which is carried on or contracted for by any public agency to serve the public interest by does not include the reconstruction or renovation of privately owned property which is leased by a public agency.

  • Improvement Costs means any additional expenditure on a fixed asset that materially increases the capacity of the asset or materially improves its functioning or represents more than 10% of the initial depreciation base of the asset;

  • Maximum medical improvement means that no further material improvement would reasonably be expected from medical treatment or the passage of time;

  • Public improvement costs means the costs of:

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Improvement means the acquisition, construction, installation, or maintenance of any tangible property with an estimated useful life of five years or more including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.
