Plumbing Industry Employee definition

Plumbing Industry Employee means an employee employed in any of the classifications shown in Appendix 4 Section C of this Agreement.
Plumbing Industry Employee means those employees previously covered by the Plumbing Industry (Victorian Government Departments, Instrumentalities & Public Hospitals) Award 2000 [transitional] and currently employed in any of the classifications shown in Schedule B of this Agreement.

Related to Plumbing Industry Employee

  • Prime Contractor employee, as used in this clause, means any officer, partner, employee, or agent of a prime Contractor.

  • Company Employee means any current or former employee, independent contractor or director of the Company or any Company Affiliate.

  • Hourly employee means an employee who is compensated on an hourly basis for each hour of work performed, including time worked beyond 40 hours in a workweek.

  • Contractor employee means prime Contractor and subcontractor employees who require agency access to perform work under a CMS contract.

  • Subcontractor employee, as used in this clause, means any officer, partner, employee, or agent of a subcontractor.

  • Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:
