POA Revocation Party definition

POA Revocation Party means the Collateral Agent.
POA Revocation Party means, as of any date of determination, any HVF POA Revocation Party, any HGI POA Revocation Party, any Hertz POA Revocation Party, any RCFC POA Revocation Party and/or any New Nominating Party POA Revocation Party, as of such date and as the context may require.
