Police Commander definition

Police Commander means either the City Police Chief or the Captain of the Tribe’s Police Department (or other head of each respective department, however named) or their respective designees, as determined in writing by each Police Commander. Such designations must be made in writing by the respective Police Commanders and provided to all other Police Commanders.
Police Commander means the State Police Commander for Mt. Pleasant State Police Post #41 or the State Police Commander for the West Branch State Police Post #36 or the Captain of the Tribe’s Police Department, or their respective designees. Such designations must be made in writing by the respective Police Commanders and provided to all other Police Commanders.
