Police definition

Police means, in relation to the first-mentioned place in subsection (1), any police force in that place, or a member thereof, whether that force is organised at a national, regional or local level;
Police means the Chief of Police or other designated officer in charge of a police service within the jurisdiction in the relevant geographic area of Kawartha Lakes, or their delegate.
