Pool I Available Funds. With respect to any Payment Date, the amount then on deposit in the Collection Account with respect to Pool I, after taking into account the deposits thereto made pursuant to Section 8.6(a) of the Indenture and the Side Letter Agreement, if any (exclusive of the amount of any related Insured Payment then on deposit in the Collection Account), less the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) and (ii) of Section 8.6(d) of the Indenture with respect to Pool I on such Payment Date.
Pool I Available Funds. With respect to any Payment Date, the amount then on deposit in the Collection Account with respect to Pool I, after taking into account the deposits thereto made pursuant to Section 8.7(a) of the Pooling Agreement, if any (exclusive of the amount of any related Insured Payment then on deposit in the Collection Account and any deposits from the Reserve Fund), less the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) of Section 8.7(d) of the Pooling Agreement with respect to Pool I on such Payment Date.
Pool I Available Funds. With respect to any Payment Date, the amount then on deposit in the Collection Account with respect to Pool I, after taking into account the deposits thereto made pursuant to Section 8.7(a) of the Indenture, if any (exclusive of the amount of any related Insured Payment then on deposit in the Collection Account and any deposits from the Reserve Fund).

More Definitions of Pool I Available Funds

Pool I Available Funds. With respect to any Distribution Date and the Pool I Mortgage Loans to the extent received by the Trust Administrator (x) the sum of (i) all scheduled installments of interest (net of the related Expense Fees) and principal due on the Due Date on such Pool I Mortgage Loans in the related Due Period and received on or prior to the related Determination Date, together with any P&I Advances in respect thereof; (ii) all Condemnation Fremont 2006-B Pooling & Servicing Agreement Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds and Liquidation Proceeds on the Pool I Mortgage Loans during the related Prepayment Period (in each case, net of unreimbursed expenses incurred in connection with a liquidation or foreclosure and unreimbursed Advances, if any); (iii) all partial or full Principal Prepayments on the Pool I Mortgage Loans received during the related Prepayment Period together with all Compensating Interest thereon and any amounts paid by the Servicer or Master Servicer in respect of Prepayment Interest Shortfalls for such Distribution Date pursuant to Sections 3.25 and 3A.12, respectively (excluding in each case Prepayment Premiums, Servicer Prepayment Payment Amounts related to the Pool I Mortgage Loans and any Prepayment Interest Excess); (iv) any Subsequent Recoveries, (v) amounts received with respect to such Distribution Date as the Substitution Adjustment Amount or purchase price in respect of a Deleted Mortgage Loan that is a Pool I Mortgage Loan or a Pool I Mortgage Loan repurchased by the Originator or the Depositor as of such Distribution Date, and (vi) any amounts withdrawn from the Interest Coverage Account with respect to the Pool I Mortgage Loans; reduced by (y) amounts in reimbursement for P&I Advances and Servicing Advances previously made with respect to the Pool I Mortgage Loans and other amounts to which the Servicer, the Master Servicer, the Depositor, the Trust Administrator (including in its capacity as the Swap Administrator), the Trustee (or co-trustee) or the Pool I Swap Provider (including any Pool I Net Swap Payment owed to the Pool I Swap Provider or Swap Termination Payment owed to the Pool I Swap Provider other than Swap Termination Payments resulting from a Pool I Swap Provider Trigger Event) are entitled to be paid or reimbursed pursuant to this Agreement, the Pool I Swap Agreement or the Swap Administration Agreement.
Pool I Available Funds and "Pool II Available Funds" shall mean the Available Funds for Pool I and Pool II, respectively; references to "Class I-PO Principal Distribution Amount" shall mean the Class PO Principal Distribution Amount for Pool I; references to "Class I-PO Deferred Amount" shall mean the Class PO Deferred Amount for Pool I; references to the "Pool I Senior Optimal Principal Amount" shall mean the Senior Optimal Principal Amount for Pool I; and the TAC Balances Schedule referred to in Exhibit B shall be deemed references to the Principal Balance Schedules; and
Pool I Available Funds and "Pool II Available Funds" shall mean the Available Funds for Pool I and Pool II, respectively; references to "Class II-PO Principal Distribution Amount" shall mean the Class PO Principal Distribution Amount for Pool II; references to "Class II-PO Deferred Amount" shall mean the Class PO Deferred Amount for Pool II; and references to the "Pool II Senior Optimal Principal Amount" shall mean the Senior Optimal Principal Amount for Pool II; and

Related to Pool I Available Funds

  • Class B Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class B Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (b) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class B Floating Percentage of the Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Class A Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class A Floating Percentage of Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date, (b) the Class A Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (c) the amount of funds, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which, pursuant to subsection 4.12(d), are required to be included in Class A Available Funds with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Collateral Available Funds means with respect to any Distribution Date, the Collateral Floating Percentage of Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections with respect to the preceding Monthly Period.

  • Available Funds With respect to any Distribution Date and the Mortgage Loans to the extent received by the Master Servicer (x) the sum of (i) all scheduled installments of interest (net of the related Expense Fees) and principal due on the Due Date on such Mortgage Loans in the related Due Period and received by the Servicer on or prior to the related Determination Date, together with any P&I Advances in respect thereof; (ii) all Condemnation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds, Liquidation Proceeds and Subsequent Recoveries received by the Servicer during the related Prepayment Period (in each case, net of unreimbursed expenses incurred in connection with a liquidation or foreclosure and unreimbursed Advances, if any); (iii) all partial or full prepayments on the Mortgage Loans received by the Servicer during the related Prepayment Period together with all Compensating Interest paid by the Servicer in connection therewith (excluding any Prepayment Charges); (iv) all Substitution Adjustment Amounts with respect to the substitutions of Mortgage Loans that occur on or prior to the related Determination Date; (v) all amounts received with respect to such Distribution Date as the Repurchase Price in respect of a Mortgage Loan repurchased by the Mortgage Loan Seller or the Sponsor on or prior to the related Determination Date; and (vi) the proceeds with respect to the termination of the Trust Fund pursuant to clause (a) of Section 11.01; reduced by (y) amounts in reimbursement for Advances previously made with respect to the Mortgage Loans and other amounts as to which the Servicer, the Depositor, the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator or the Trustee are entitled to be paid or reimbursed pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Total Available Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(a).

  • Available Funds Cap Any of the Class A-1 Available Funds Cap, the Class A-2 Available Funds Cap or the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap.

  • Available Spread Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Spread Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Spread Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Spread Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.

  • Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the amount, if any, by which the Portfolio Yield for the preceding Monthly Period exceeds the Base Rate for such Monthly Period.

  • Targeted Overcollateralization Amount means, for a Payment Date, an amount equal to:

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Available Funds Shortfall as defined in Section 3.04(b).

  • Overcollateralization Deficiency Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the Overcollateralization Target Amount exceeds the Overcollateralized Amount on such Distribution Date (assuming that 100% of the Principal Remittance Amount is applied as a principal distribution on such Distribution Date).

  • Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to the July 2008 Transfer Date and each Transfer Date thereafter, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the Excess Available Funds Percentages with respect to the immediately preceding three Monthly Periods and the denominator of which is three.

  • Group I Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group I Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Excess Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the Overcollateralization Amount on such Distribution Date over (b) the Required Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Required Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, (a) prior to the Stepdown Date, an amount equal to 1.80% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date, (b) on or after the Stepdown Date if a Trigger Event is not in effect, the greater of (i) an amount equal to 3.60% of the aggregate outstanding Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans after giving effect to distributions made on that Distribution Date and (ii) the Overcollateralization Floor and (c) on or after the Stepdown Date if a Trigger Event is in effect, an amount equal to the Required Overcollateralization Amount from the immediately preceding Distribution Date. The Required Overcollateralization Amount may be reduced so long as written confirmation is obtained from each Rating Agency that such reduction shall not reduce the ratings assigned to any Class of Certificates by such Rating Agency below the lower of the then-current rating or the rating assigned to such Certificates as of the Closing Date by such Rating Agency. Residential Funding: Residential Funding Corporation, a Delaware corporation, in its capacity as seller of the Mortgage Loans to the Depositor and any successor thereto.

  • Target Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, 3.00% of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cutoff Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Target Overcollateralization Amount shall not exceed the Adjusted Pool Balance on such Payment Date.

  • Class M-1 Applied Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of all Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans which have been applied to the reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates.

  • Excess Overcollateralized Amount With respect to the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates and any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (i) the Overcollateralized Amount for such Distribution Date (calculated for this purpose only after assuming that 100% of the Principal Remittance Amount on such Distribution Date has been distributed) over (ii) the Overcollateralization Target Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Available Funds Shortfall Amount means, as of any Payment Date, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate amount required to be paid pursuant to clauses first through twelfth of Section 4.4(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement exceeds the Available Funds for such Payment Date.

  • Aggregate Overcollateralization Release Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the aggregate of the Principal Remittance Amounts for each Mortgage Pool for such Distribution Date and (y) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Overcollateralization Amount for such date, calculated for this purpose on the basis of the assumption that 100% of the aggregate of the Principal Remittance Amounts for such Distribution Date is applied on such date in reduction of the aggregate Certificate Principal Amount of the Certificates, exceeds (ii) the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • REMIC I Available Distribution Amount For each Loan Group for any Distribution Date, the sum of the following amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group:

  • REMIC III Available Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the amount distributed from REMIC II to REMIC III on such Distribution Date in respect of the REMIC II Regular Interests.

  • Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any calendar month and the related Payment Date, or with respect to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount by which the Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period or the Cutoff Date, as applicable, of each of the related Receivables with an APR as stated in the related contract of less than the Required Rate, other than Defaulted Receivables, exceeds the present value, calculated by using a discount rate equal to the Required Rate, of each scheduled payment of each such Receivables assuming such scheduled payment is made on the last day of each month and each month has 30 days.
