Port of Shipment definition

Port of Shipment means the port of Hamburg, Germany.

Port of Shipment means the place or lockpoint where Supplier delivers the Products for export (by ship or plane) to the Territory from the country where they were produced; in this Agreement, the Port of Shipment means Papua, New Guinea.
