Postlaunch Services definition

Postlaunch Services means (i) the reports and range services as specified in Parts 2, 4 and 5 of Annex 1 to this Agreement that are to be provided to CUSTOMER by ARIANESPACE after the Launch, and (ii) the services provided for in Paragraph 4.3 hereof if the Reflight or Refund Option is exercised.
Postlaunch Services means the reports and range services as defined in the Statement of Work that are to be provided by Sea Launch to Inmarsat after Launch.
Postlaunch Services means (i) the reports and range services as specified in Parts 2, 4 and 5 of Annex 1 to this Agreement that are to be provided to CUSTOMER by ARIANESPACE after the Launch and (ii) the services provided for in Paragraph 4.3 hereof.

Examples of Postlaunch Services in a sentence

  • Except for Postlaunch Services as specified herein, Launch Services provided under the Contract shall be deemed to have been completed upon Launch.

  • Except for Postlaunch Services, the sole liability or obligation of Sea Launch for performance subsequent to Launch is to provide a replacement launch in accordance with Article 13, Replacement Launch.

  • Except for Postlaunch Services, the sole liability or obligation of Sea Launch for performance subsequent to Launch is to provide a reflight or refund in accordance with Article 12, Option for Reflight or Refund, if such election has been made by PanAmSat prior to Launch, or to provide a replacement Launch in accordance with Article 13, Replacement Launch.

More Definitions of Postlaunch Services

Postlaunch Services means the reports and range services as defined in the Statement of Work that are to be provided by Sea Launch to CUSTOMER after Launch.
Postlaunch Services means the reports and range services as defined in the Statement of Work that are to be provided by CONTRACTOR to CUSTOMER after Launch.
Postlaunch Services means the reports and range services as defined in Paragraphs ( ) of Annex 1 to this Agreement that are to be provided to Customer by EUROCKOT after theLaunch. Related Participants shall mean all persons, other than the Parties and any Third Parties, in direct or indirect contractual privity with or having a beneficial interest in either Party, acting directly or indirectly to perform this Agreement, including without limitation, the contractors, sub-contractors at any tier (and suppliers of any kind) and the respective officers, directors and agents of each of the foregoing, or any of them. For the purpose of Article 12, Allocation of Risks, only, Related Participants shall include any person with any right, title or interest in the Payload. Third Party shall mean any person or legal entity other than the Parties and the Related Participants.
Postlaunch Services means the reports and range services as specified in Parts 2, 4 and 5 of Annex 1 to this Agreement that are to be provided to CUSTOMER by ARIANESPACE after the Launch. Replacement Launch means Launch Services for Satellites subject to Article 13 hereof ordered by CUSTOMER, subsequent to a previous Launch that, for any reason whatsoever, has/have not accomplished the Launch Mission or the Satellite(s) Mission. Satellite(s) means the satellite(s) supplied by CUSTOMER that is/are to be compatible and remain compatible with the SOYUZ Launch Vehicle and the Launch Mission, and that meets the specifications set forth in Part 3 Chapter 2 of Annex 1 to this Agreement.

Related to Postlaunch Services

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, as set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products using the Active Materials, Components, and Xxxx Back Items;

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by Qwest to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.

  • Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Delivery Services means those services provided by the

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Processing Services means those services which are necessary to issue and service a Card and process a Transaction in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.
