Power Supply Contract means a contractual arrangement
Power Supply Contract means Provider’s agreements with third parties related to the provision of power to the Facility.
Power Supply Contract means the Long Term Power Supply Contract for Participating Members between the City and WPPI entered into under Section 66.0825(8), Wisconsin Statutes.

  • Customer will pay to Provider as security for any obligations of Customer one or more security deposits (the “Deposits”) in amounts that are equal to any deposit amounts or other similar payments providing security for Provider’s obligations to the supplier under any Power Supply Contract, to the extent that such payment arises out of the Specified Power Draw or any increases thereto.

  • In the event of any conflict between this Amendment and the Contract, as it relates to Power Supply Contract, this Amendment shall prevail.

  • This Policy shall apply to TRPs who have executed a Total Requirements Power Supply Contract with MEAN.

Power Supply Contract means: a. a contractual arrangement between the authority and another person for the purchase of wholesale electric power and energy and component goods and services related thereto by the authority for its members; b. a contractual arrangement between the authority and its members for the wholesale sale of electric power and energy produced by the authority's generation facilities; or c. a contractual arrangement between the authority and any other person for the wholesale sale of excess electric power and energy purchased or produced by the authority that is not needed to serve the load within the corporate limits and franchise areas of the members. A power supply contract shall not include a contract for the sale of excess power by the authority to any other municipality.
Power Supply Contract means the Long Term Power Supply Contract for Participating Members between the Municipality and WPPI entered into under Section 66.0825(8), Wis. Stats;
Power Supply Contract means Provider’s agreements for the provision of power to the Facility. “Provider” is defined in the preamble to this Agreement.
Power Supply Contract means any contract or agreement entered into by theDepartment pursuant to the Enabling Measures and under which the Department purchases Power, or purchases fuel for conversion to or in exchange for Power, or any option with respect thereto.
