PPI Services definition

PPI Services means the private party building code services expressly set forth herein that Consultant will provide for the pur- poses of determining, at the indicated level of completion, whether the Work observed by Consultant complies with the Applicable Codes based upon the most current revisions to the Drawings provided to Consultant by Customer and the Inspection Forms used by the Local Enforcement Agency.

  • The terms and conditions as set out below set out in this Annexure are in addition to the Terms of Use and is applicable in case of Consumer utilizing PPI Services through the Platform and/or Website.

  • You acknowledge and understand that the information submitted by You for availing the PPI Services or information submitted while using the PPI Services may be shared with third parties inter alia, to facilitate the provision of the PPI Services.

  • The Customer hereby consents to sharing of their information with the Bank and its authorized Service Provider(s) or agencies or partners for providing PPI Services in relation to the PPI.

  • RBL Bank reserves the right to discontinue the PPI/ PPI Services/ reject applications for PPI Services at any time if there are discrepancies in information and/or documentation provided by You or if the information/documentation provided by You is found to be incorrect or wrong.

  • The PPI Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

  • Simplified KYC is required to avail the Closed System PPI Services.

Related to PPI Services

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Services plan means a written statement that describes the special education and related services the school district will provide to a parentally-placed child with a disability enrolled in a private school located in the district, including the location of the services and any transportation necessary, consistent with 34 CFR §§ 300.132, 300.137-139.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;
