PR Borrower definition

PR Borrower has the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph to this Agreement.

PR Borrower means Puerto Ricancars Fleet, LLC, a Puerto Rican special purpose limited liability company established under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

PR Borrower and “PR Borrowers” each has the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph hereto.

Examples of PR Borrower in a sentence

• The entries in the Register shall be conclusive, in the absence of manifest error, and Borrower, PR Borrower, Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall treat each Person whose name is recorded in the Register as the owner of a Loan or other obligation hereunder as the owner thereof for all purposes of this Agreement and the other Credit Documents, notwithstanding any notice to the contrary.

• Each of Borrower and PR Borrower hereby promises to pay to Administrative Agent for the account of each Lender the entire outstanding principal amount of such Lender's Revolving Credit Loans made to Borrower or PR Borrower, as the case may be, and each Revolving Credit Loan shall mature, on the Revolving Credit Commitment Termination Date.

• Neither the PR Borrower nor the Luxco Borrower will book the Loans made to such Borrower through a US branch within the meaning of Treas.

• The Register shall be available for inspection by Borrower, PR Borrower or any Lender at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.

• Any Lender requesting compensation pursuant to this Section 5.05 will furnish to Administrative Agent, Borrower and PR Borrower a certificate setting forth the basis and amount of such request and such certificate, absent manifest error, shall be conclusive.

More Definitions of PR Borrower

PR Borrower has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

PR Borrower has the meaning provided in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

PR Borrower means Patheon Puerto Rico, Inc., a Puerto Rican corporation.

Each of the Credit Agreement and the Security Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, until (as applicable) and except to any extent modified hereby or by the Effectiveness Agreement or in connection herewith or therewith.
