Practice Statement Letter definition

Practice Statement Letter means a letter relating to the English Scheme as required under Practice Statement (Companies: Scheme of Arrangement).

More Definitions of Practice Statement Letter

Practice Statement Letter means the Practice Statement Letter dated 4 November 2013 from the Company addressed to the Scheme Creditors.
