Preapproved Subcontractor definition

Preapproved Subcontractor means any of the Subcontractors set forth on Schedule 1.1.227 (Preapproved Subcontractors) as such list may be updated from time-to-time as set forth in Section 3.9 (Development Subcontracts) or Section 5.14 (Commercialization Subcontracts), as applicable.
Preapproved Subcontractor means any Subcontractor to be engaged by Partner to perform its obligations or exercise its rights under this Agreement as further described in Section 2.2.3 (Right to Subcontract) and identified as a Subcontractor in a Territory Development Plan or Global Development Plan that is approved by the JSC.
Preapproved Subcontractor means any Subcontractor that the JSC has approved as a Subcontractor that Zai may engage to perform its obligations or exercise its rights under this Agreement as further described in Section 2.2.3 (Right to Subcontract).

  • Sub-subcontractor means any Person, including an Equipment supplier or vendor, who has a direct or indirect contract with a Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor to manufacture or supply Equipment which comprises a portion of the Work, to lease Construction Equipment to Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor in connection with the Work, to perform a portion of the Work or to otherwise furnish labor or materials.
