Precinct Land definition

Precinct Land means the land comprised in the Industrial Precinct, Third Party Contractors' Site and Workers’ Accommodation Site for the purposes of clause 7.
Precinct Land means the land comprised in the Industrial Precinct, Third Party Contractors' Site and Workers’ Accommodation Site for the purposes of clause 7. Precinct Supply Base means an area within the LNG Precinct used by a Proponent to supply that Proponent’s (including a joint venture in which a Proponent has a participating interest) offshore facilities that are supplying or intended to supply Petroleum to the LNG Precinct or that Proponent's activities relating to the exploration for or production of Petroleum intended for supply to the LNG Precinct.

Related to Precinct Land

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Undeveloped Land means (i) all undeveloped land existing on or acquired after the Issue Date and (ii) any operating property of the Company or any Subsidiary that is subject to a casualty event that results in such property ceasing to be operational.

  • Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • Crown lands has the same meaning as is given to that term by the Land Act;

  • Water Surface Elevation (WSE means the height, in relation to NAVD 1988, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

The Project must be wholly located in the particular area stated in the federal public law to be considered to be Tribal Land.

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • Adjoining Property means all sidewalks, driveways, curbs, gores and vault spaces adjoining any of the Leased Premises.

  • Acreage means the number of acres of land area of an Assessor's Parcel as shown on an Assessor's Parcel Map, or if the land area is not shown on an Assessor’s Parcel Map, the Board may rely on the land area shown on the applicable final map, parcel map, condominium plan, or other recorded County parcel map.

  • the Land means the land (including for the avoidance of doubt all buildings, structures landscaping and other erections) situated at and known as Xxx Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx XX0 0XX;

  • Horizontal well means a well bore drilled laterally at an angle of at least eighty (80) degrees to the vertical or with a horizontal projection exceeding one hundred (100) feet measured from the initial point of penetration into the productive formation through the terminus of the lateral in the same common source of supply.

  • Basement means any area of the building having its floor subgrade (below ground level) on all sides.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.
