Predicted data definition

Predicted data means data derived from sources other than type-specific aircraft flight tests.
Predicted data means data derived from sources other than type-specific aircraft flight tests. ‘Primary reference document’ means any regulatory document which has been used by a competent authority to support the initial evaluation of an FSTD.

  • Restricted Data means data typically exempt from public disclosure requirements under the provisions of applicable state or federal law. Examples of restricted information are regulated and confidential data.
