Preferred Investment Option means, collectively, the Preferred Investment Option delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Preferred Investment Option shall be exercisable commencing six months following the date of issuance and have a term equal to three and one-half (3.5) years, in the form of Exhibit A-2 attached hereto.

  • No fractional shares or scrip representing fractional shares shall be issued upon the exercise of this Preferred Investment Option.

  • Partial exercises of this Preferred Investment Option resulting in purchases of a portion of the total number of Preferred Investment Option Shares available hereunder shall have the effect of lowering the outstanding number of Preferred Investment Option Shares purchasable hereunder in an amount equal to the applicable number of Preferred Investment Option Shares purchased.

Related to Preferred Investment Option

  • Investment Option means any of the guaranteed investments and variable investment funds available under the Plan.
