Preferred Trust Security definition

Preferred Trust Security means a security representing an undivided beneficial interest in the assets of the Trust having a Liquidation Amount of $25 and having rights provided therefor in this Trust Agreement, including the right to receive Distributions, Debentures and a Liquidation Distribution as provided herein and, in certain circumstances, a preference over the Common Trust Securities.
Preferred Trust Security means a Preferred Trust Security issued by the Trust, and having an undivided beneficial interest in the assets of the Trust, having a Liquidation Amount of $25 and having terms provided therefor in this Trust Agreement, any Annex hereto and the certificate representing such interest, including the right to receive Distributions and a Liquidation Distribution as provided herein.
Preferred Trust Security has the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(a)(i) of this Trust Agreement.
