Attached as Exhibit A is a Preliminary Layout of the Premises (the “Preliminary Layout”) which has been approved by Landlord and Tenant.
If Tenant requests any revisions to the Plans that cause the Premises to vary from the Preliminary Layout and that result in additional cost to the Landlord, Landlord shall inform Tenant of the cost of such revisions, and such costs shall be paid by Tenant after Tenant takes occupancy of the Premises.

When required, the Consultant shall draft a Preliminary Layout for the bridge using the Structure Selection Report as the basis.
The Tenant will engage licensed mechanical, electrical, and structural (where necessary) engineer(s) for the Tenant’s Preliminary Layout Plan, Design Concept, and Construction Drawings.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, to the extent Tenant delivers to Landlord any plans or drawings depicting Tenant’s proposed layout of the Premises (the “Tenant’s Preliminary Layout”), including the location of the kitchen, Landlord shall use its best efforts to incorporate Tenant’s Preliminary Layout in Landlord’s Construction Plans (as defined below).
The Design Concept submission will be based upon the approved Preliminary Layout Plan.
