Preliminary Title Reports definition

Preliminary Title Reports means those title commitments issued by ------------------------- First American Title Insurance Company or Chicago Title Insurance Company with respect to the Owned Real Property and the Downers Grove Real Property and dated within 60 days of this Agreement.

Preliminary Title Reports means, cumulatively, the preliminary title reports prepared by Western Title Company, Inc., dated December 21, 2001 and Inter-County Title Co., dated August 27, 2001, copies of which are attached to the “Asset Purchase Agreement as Exhibit 24.

Preliminary Title Reports means those certain preliminary title reports for each of the Owned Real Property provided to Buyer.

• The Partnerships have not received any notification of any material new or increased general or special tax assessments for any of the Properties except as may be disclosed in the Preliminary Title Reports, as of the date hereof, or as may be disclosed in the Title Policies as of the Closing.

• Buyer acknowledges that it has received copies of, and, subject to Section 7.2, approves all documents relating to Permitted Encumbrances referred to in the Preliminary Title Reports and all other documents evidencing or relating to matters reflected in the Preliminary Title Reports.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 4(h)(iii), in the event that Buyer does not receive current Preliminary Title Reports (including links to or copies of any underlying exceptions or documents referenced therein) for each Property and the Survey within ten (10) Business Days following the Effective Date, the deadlines contained in this Section 4(h)(iii) shall be extended day for day for each day beyond such ten (10) day period until Buyer receives such Title Reports and the Survey.

More Definitions of Preliminary Title Reports

Preliminary Title Reports means a commitment for an ALTA ------------------------- 1987/1992 owner's policy for title insurance with respect to the real estate owned by Seller and its Affiliates which will be conveyed to Buyer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, committing such title company to insure good and marketable title to said land, free and clear of all Encumbrances (other than Permitted Encumbrances).

Preliminary Title Reports means the preliminary title reports issued ------------------------- by the Title Company as attached to Exhibit G. ---------

Preliminary Title Reports has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 9.03(a).

Preliminary Title Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.1. “Prevailing Party” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 17.2. “Prevailing Wage Law” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.9. “Products” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14.3.2.

Preliminary Title Reports means the preliminary title reports that may be issued by the Title Company as provided in Section 5.1(b) (Due Diligence; Updates and Changes to Schedules and Exhibits - Purchaser Title Policies and Surveys).

Preliminary Title Reports means those Preliminary Title Reports issued by the Title Company with respect to each Property listed on Exhibit 1.25.

Preliminary Title Reports shall have the meanings given to such terms in Section 4.1(b)(i) hereof.
