Prepaid Revenue definition

Prepaid Revenue means any revenue billed upfront for the full contract term or any revenue billed in advance of providing services or performing obligations to which any such revenue relates and where such service or obligations are for a period in excess of at least twelve (12) calendar months from the billing date;
Prepaid Revenue means the product of (x) the number of Prepaid Subscribers assigned to the Service Area during the calendar month for Prepaid Products and Services and (y) applicable Prepaid ARPU, in each case determined with respect to prepaid billing platform.
Prepaid Revenue means all proceeds from the sale of season passes, any other pre-sold tickets and any sponsorship or promotional payments received with respect to the 2004 operating season of the Business.

More Definitions of Prepaid Revenue

Prepaid Revenue means the revenue collected by the Sellers on account of the Prepaid Services as of the Closing Date.

Proceeds shall accrue on the date that Lucent recognizes the proceeds as revenue pursuant to GAAP and payments thereof shall be made to TCS within 30 days of the date on which such proceeds accrue. Revenue from new subscriber sales to customers will be split according to the percentages in effect when the sale occurs regardless of the version number of the Prepaid Application and shall be paid to TCS within 30 days of the date Lucent recognizes the accrual of the proceeds from such upgrades. However, revenue from software upgrades and enhancements separate from new subscriber license fees will not contribute to Prepaid Revenue.
Prepaid Revenue herein is defined as amounts invoiced and unearned as of the Closing by Seller related to Services to be performed by Buyer subsequent to the Closing. All Prepaid Revenue shall remain the property of Seller, whether received before or after the Closing Date.
