Prepaid Subscribers definition

Prepaid Subscribers means the aggregate number of Subscribers that are in active service with telephone numbers assigned pursuant to prepaid Contracts.
Prepaid Subscribers means customers of the Prepaid Brands and include VMU Subscribers in the Service Area on the Settlement Date and new customers of Prepaid Products and Services activated after the Settlement Date who are assigned to Manager's Service Area.
Prepaid Subscribers means all subscribers purchasing or receiving prepaid Wireless services from the ACS Group, as determined in accordance with past practices of ACS for public reporting purposes, consistently applied.
