Prepayment Cost definition

Prepayment Cost has the meaning ascribed thereto in the CCB.
Prepayment Cost means, on the early discharge of a Purchased Receivable which is a Housing Loan bearing a fixed rate of interest (other than a Receivable subject to a concessionary rate of interest for 12 months or less), the amount (if any) owed by the relevant Obligor and collected by Westpac, in accordance with the relevant Receivable Agreement.
Prepayment Cost has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(b) hereof.

  • The Borrower acknowledges that the Prepayment Cost is a reasonable fee and charge of a Lender and reflects a fair and reasonable return to such Lender for the consideration advanced to the Borrower.

  • Prepayment Premium means, with respect to the Mortgage Loan, any prepayment premium, spread maintenance premium, yield maintenance premium or similar fee required to be paid in connection with a prepayment of the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Mortgage Loan Documents, including any exit fee.

  • Prepayment Premiums Any prepayment fees and penalties to be paid by the Mortgagor on a Mortgage Loan.

  • Prepayment Premium Period means the period during which, if a prepayment of principal occurs, a prepayment premium will be payable by Borrower to Lender. If the publication of the Prepayment Rate in The Wall Street Journal is discontinued, Lender shall determine the Prepayment Rate on the basis of "Statistical Release H.15(519), Selected Interest Rates," or any successor publication, published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, or on the basis of such other publication or statistical guide as Lender may reasonably select. "PREPAYMENT RATE DETERMINATION DATE" shall mean the date which is five (5) Business Days prior to the prepayment date.

  • Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (a) the aggregate of all Prepayment Interest Shortfalls incurred in connection with the receipt of Principal Prepayments on the Mortgage Loans during the related Due Period, exceeds (b) the aggregate amount deposited by the Master Servicer in the Certificate Account for such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.19 in connection with such Prepayment Interest Shortfalls.

  • Optional Prepayment Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14.02(a).

  • Prepayment Asset Sale means any Disposition by the Borrower or its Restricted Subsidiaries made pursuant to Section 6.07(h).
