Collateral Documentation definition

Collateral Documentation means the Security Agreement, the Financing Statements, and all other deeds of trust, assignments, endorsements, pledged stock, collateral assignments and other instruments, documents, agreements or conveyances at any time creating or evidencing Liens or assigning Liens to the Holder, to secure the obligations of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries under this Note and the Registration Rights Agreement.
Collateral Documentation means the Information Memorandum dated 14 September 2018 relating to the Original Collateral.
Collateral Documentation means the Guarantee and Security Agreement, the Security Agreement, the Financing Statements, the Intercompany Notes and the endorsements thereof to the Collateral Agent (for the benefit of the Holders) or to the Holders, and all other deeds of trust, assignments, endorsements, pledged stock, collateral assignments and other instruments, documents, agreements or conveyances at any time creating or evidencing Liens or assigning Liens to the Collateral Agent (for the benefit of the Holders) or to the Holders, to secure the obligations of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries under the Notes and the Registration Rights Agreement.
