Prepetition Indentures definition

Prepetition Indentures means, collectively, the 9-7/8% Senior Note Indenture, the 10-7/8% Senior Note Indentures, the Senior Subordinated Note Indenture, the 7-3/4% SWD Revenue Bond Indenture, the 7.60% SWD Revenue Bond Indenture and the 6-1/2% RPC Revenue Bond Indenture.
Prepetition Indentures means, individually or collectively, the Old 6% Debentures Indenture, the Old 9% Notes Indenture and the Old 10% Notes Indenture.
Prepetition Indentures means, collectively, the Prepetition Second Lien Indenture and the Prepetition Third Lien Indenture.
