Prepress Consumables definition

Prepress Consumables means media (including film, paper, plates, fabrics, plastics, digital media, transfer media, proofing media and other imageable substrates), inks, chemicals, filters, bulbs, and developers.

  • If Customer purchases its Prepress Consumables from an Authorized Dealer, the payment and delivery terms established by the Authorized Dealer shall apply.

  • Seller may, at its discretion, adjust prices of Prepress Consumables to reflect changes in raw materials cost, cost of transportation and/or other manufacturing and logistics costs at any time prior to, but not later than, the date of the Customer’s order of the Prepress Consumables.

  • Seller makes no other warranties under this Agreement with respect to the Prepress Consumables.

  • However, with non-IID data and FCA, the accuracy decreases slightly.

  • All Prepress Consumables purchased from Seller or an Authorized Dealer carry Seller’s limited warranty that such Prepress Consumables will conform to published specifications for the period of time listed on the product packaging, provided the Prepress Consumables are used according to such specifications.

  • Prepress Consumables purchased under this Agreement may not be resold.

  • If Customer purchases its Prepress Consumables from Seller directly, the following payment and delivery terms shall apply.

  • Customer agrees to purchase the minimum annual amount of Prepress Consumables set forth in the Business Terms of this Agreement (the “Minimum Annual Purchase Requirement") from Seller or one or more dealers authorized by Seller to service Customer’s business (each, an “Authorized Dealer").

  • Seller reserves the right refuse orders if it reasonably believes the Customer is re-selling Prepress Consumables.

Related to Prepress Consumables

  • Consumables means where the context permits, Digital Print Consumables, Inkjet Printing System Consumables and Prepress Consumables.

  • Consumable means any component of a good that is used up recurrently and needs to be replaced for the good to function as intended;

  • Raw Materials means all raw materials, supplies, components and packaging necessary to manufacture and ship the Product in accordance with the Specifications, as provided in Exhibit A, but not including the API.

It includes the image receptor(s) such as the image intensifier and spot-film device, electrical interlocks, if any, and structural material providing linkage between the image receptor and diagnostic source assembly.

  • API means the American Petroleum Institute.
