Prescription Records definition

Prescription Records has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.02.

We will make a determination whether a healthcare service is medically necessary. You have the right to appeal our determination or to take legal action as described in Section

  • Nonprescription drugs means nonnarcotic medicines or drugs which may be sold without a prescription and are prepackaged and labeled for use by the consumer in accordance with the requirements of the statutes and regulations of this state and the federal government;

  • Student Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a student that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the student through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the student by a teacher or other LEA employee.
