Present Shares means one hundred eighty-six (186) registered ordinary shares (aandelen op naam) numbered 1 through 186 with a nominal value of one hundred euro (EUR 100.00) in the capital of the Company, registered in the name of the Pledgor;

Present Shares means all of the issued shares in the capital of the Company held by the Pledgor on the date of this Deed, consisting of one hundred and eighty (180) shares, each share with a par value of one hundred euro (EUR 100), numbered 1 up to and including 180;

Present Shares means all of the issued and paid up shares in the capital of the Company and registered in the name of the Pledgor, being one hundred eighty (180) ordinary registered shares (aandelen op naam) numbered 1 through 180 with a par value (nominale waarde) of one hundred euro (EUR 100.00) each;

The Present Shares, the Further Shares and the shares of stock acquired by any Shareholder Party from time to time on the exercise of any Share Rights are referred to herein in the aggregate as the "Company Shares", and the Company Shares, together with the Share Rights, are referred to in the aggregate as the "Company Equity".

More Definitions of Present Shares

Present Shares shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

Present Shares means all of the shares issued and paid-up in the capital of the Company and registered in the name of the Pledgor, being thirty-five (35) registered ordinary shares, numbered 1 up to and including 35, with a par value (nominale waarde) of one thousand Dutch guilders (NLG 1,000.00) each.

Present Shares. Eighteen thousand two hundred (18,200) registered shares in the share capital of the Company with a par value of one euro (EUR 1) each, numbers 1 up to and including 18,200, currently held by the Pledgor;

Present Shares means all of the issued and paid shares in the capital of the Company and registered in the name of the Pledgor, being one hundred eighty-one (181) registered ordinary shares (aandelen op naam) numbered 1 through 181 with a nominal value of one hundred euro (EUR 100.00);

Present Shares means all of the shares issued and paid-up in the capital of the Company and registered in the name of Cemex Dutch Holdings B.V., being three hundred eighty-five thousand two hundred eighty (385,280) ordinary shares, numbered 1 through 385,280, with a nominal value of ten eurocent (EUR 0.10) each.

Present Shares means all of the shares issued and paid-up in the capital of the Company.
