Present Shares definition

Present Shares means one hundred eighty-six (186) registered ordinary shares (aandelen op naam) numbered 1 through 186 with a nominal value of one hundred euro (EUR 100.00) in the capital of the Company, registered in the name of the Pledgor;

Present Shares means all of the issued shares in the capital of the Company held by the Pledgor on the date of this Deed, consisting of one hundred and eighty (180) shares, each share with a par value of one hundred euro (EUR 100), numbered 1 up to and including 180;

Present Shares means all of the issued and paid up shares in the capital of the Company and registered in the name of the Pledgor, being one hundred eighty (180) ordinary registered shares (aandelen op naam) numbered 1 through 180 with a par value (nominale waarde) of one hundred euro (EUR 100.00) each;

• During the term of the Right of Pledge, the foregoing provisions of this Article 4 with respect to the Voting Rights on the Present Shares also apply to the Future Shares.

More Definitions of Present Shares

Present Shares shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

Present Shares means all of the shares issued and paid-up in the capital of the Company and registered in the name of the Pledgor, being thirty-five (35) registered ordinary shares, numbered 1 up to and including 35, with a par value (nominale waarde) of one thousand Dutch guilders (NLG 1,000.00) each.

Present Shares means all currently issued and outstanding ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, being forty ordinary shares with a nominal value of four hundred and sixty euro (EUR 460) each, numbered 1 through 40, which were all acquired by the Pledgor by issuance upon incorporation of the Company (at that time named: FORE Systems B.V.) by a notarial deed of incorporation dated the twenty-third day of December nineteenhundred and ninety-six, executed by Mark Peter Bongard, civil law notary in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and are all registered in the name of the Pledgor;

Present Shares means the present and future right, title and interest of a Debtor to or in all Shares of or issued by the Borrower, TCSG or Tipperary Pastoral as described on Exhibit A.

Present Shares means all of the shares issued and paid-up in the capital of the Company.

Present Shares means one hundred twenty-six thousand three hundred and seven (126,307) ordinary registered shares in the capital of the Company and registered in the name of the Pledgor, numbered 181 through 126,487, with a par value (nominale waarde) of one hundred euro (EUR 100.00) each;
