Preservation Maintenance Plan definition

Preservation Maintenance Plan means a document that sets forth a plan for the Lessee’s repair and maintenance of Historic Property.
Preservation Maintenance Plan is a document that sets forth a plan, including a time schedule, for Preservation Maintenance of the Premises, including, without limitation, Lessee’s ongoing compliance with the Historic Preservation Certification Requirements, if applicable, and Applicable Laws and Requirements.
