Presumed Acceptable for Deployment definition

Presumed Acceptable for Deployment as used herein means an xDSL technology that complies with existing industry standards, has been successfully deployed by any carrier in any state without significantly degrading the performance of other services, or has been approved by the FCC, any state commission, or an industry standard body. Loop technologies Presumed Acceptable for Deployment include, but are not limited to those referenced in Exhibit A.
