Price Indexed Valuation definition

Price Indexed Valuation in relation to any property at any date means the Original Market Value of that property increased or decreased as appropriate by the increase or decrease in the Index since the date of the Original Market Value.
Price Indexed Valuation means in relation to any property at any date the Original Market Value of that property increased or decreased as appropriate by the increase of decrease in the Index since the date of the Original Market Value. Principal Amount Outstanding means on any date, the principal amount of a Covered Bond on the relevant Issue Date, less the aggregate amount of any principal payments in respect of such Covered Bond which have been paid to the Paying Agent on or prior to that date. Principal Xxxxxx has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 6 of the Administration Agreement.
Price Indexed Valuation means, in relation to any Property at any date, the Latest Valuation of that Property increased or decreased as appropriate by the increase or decrease in the Nationwide Price Index since the date of that Latest Valuation; Negative Carry Factor means a percentage (which will never be less than 0.50 per cent.) calculated by reference to the weighted average margin of the Covered Bonds;

  • Retail Price Index means the general index of retail prices published by the Office for National Statistics each month in respect of all items or:

  • Price Index means the Consumer Price Index which is designated for the applicable month of determination as the United States City Average for All Urban Consumers, All Items, Not Seasonally Adjusted, with a base period equaling 100 in 1982 - 1984, as published by the United States Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics or any successor agency. In the event that the Price Index ceases to be published, its successor index measuring cost of living as published by the same Governmental Authority which published the Price Index shall be substituted and any necessary reasonable adjustments shall be made by Lessor and Lessee in order to carry out the intent of Section 4.

  • Assessed Valuation means the amount for which the Real Property is assessed pursuant to applicable provisions of the New York City Charter and of the Administrative Code of the City of New York for the purpose of imposition of Taxes.

  • Historical Fair Market Value means the volume weighted average price of the Ordinary Shares during the ten (10) trading day period ending on the trading day prior to the first date on which the Ordinary Shares trade on the applicable exchange or in the applicable market, regular way, without the right to receive such rights. No Ordinary Shares shall be issued at less than their par value.

  • Excess valuation assets for a valuation period means:

  • Current Assessed Value means the assessed value of the District certified by the municipal assessor as of April 1st of each year that the District remains in effect.

  • Baseline Value for each of the Company and the Peer Companies means the dollar amount representing the average of the Fair Market Value of one share of common stock of such company over the five consecutive trading days ending on, and including, the Effective Date.

  • Bid Valuation Date means January 15, 2010.

  • HICP Daily Inflation Reference Index means (A) in relation to the first day of any given month, the HICP Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a day (D) (other than the first day) in any given month (M), the linear interpolation of the HICP Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M - 3) and the second month preceding such month (M - 2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Adjusted Asset Value means, as of a given date, the sum of EBITDA attributable to malls, power centers and all other assets for the trailing four (4) quarters most recently ended, divided by (iii) 7.75%. In determining Adjusted Asset Value:

  • ST Valuation Date means the Redemption Valuation Date.

  • Adjusted Value as used in subdivision (d) means:

  • Worst Value means, in respect of a SPS Valuation Date, the lowest Underlying Reference Value for any Underlying Reference in the Basket in respect of such SPS Valuation Date.

  • Index Price on a given date means the weighted average (weighted in accordance with the factors listed above) of the closing prices of the companies comprising the Index Group.

  • Added value means that the Contractor performs subcontract management functions that the Contracting Officer determines are a benefit to the Government (e.g., processing orders of parts or services, maintaining inventory, reducing delivery lead times, managing multiple sources for contract requirements, coordinating deliveries, performing quality assurance functions).

  • Scheduled Valuation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been a Valuation Date.

  • Capitalization Rate means seven and one-half percent (7.5%).

  • Adjusted Total turnover means the turnover in a State or a Union territory, as defined under sub-section (112) of section 2, excluding the value of exempt supplies other than zero-rated supplies, during the relevant period;

  • Inflation Factor means a number determined for each tax year by dividing the consumer price index for June of the tax year by the consumer price index for June 2005.

  • FX Valuation Date means the FX Calculation Date immediately following the respective Valuation Date.

  • Good Value means that the Benchmarked Rates are within the Upper Quartile

  • Average value means the value which best represents the amount of the nutrient which a given food contains, and reflects allowances for seasonal variability, patterns of consumption and other factors which may cause the actual value to vary.
