Price Options definition

Price Options has the meaning given in clause 8.5;
Price Options means the options to purchase up to 250,000 shares of Future Stock issued to Carl Xxxxx xxxsuant to the Employment Agreement and Future's 1993 Stock Incentive Plan.
Price Options means the pricing alternatives with respect to Contract Prices available in accordance with Section 5 and as set forth in the Transaction Confirmation.

  • Incentive Share Option means an Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereto.
