Rate Order definition

Rate Order means an Order or Orders of the Board establishing rates the Licensee is permitted to charge;
Rate Order means an order of the Board that is in force at the relevant time which, among other things, regulates distribution and transmission rates to be charged by a utility;
Rate Order means an order made by the Board under the Act, and in effect at the relevant time, that, among other things, establishes the rates that may be charged by a transmitter for transmission service;

  • Each Budget shall include up to a maximum of two percent (2%) in excess of the total amount for excess expenditures that may arise in any Contract Year (“Excess Expenditures”); provided that such Excess Expenditures shall at all times be otherwise compliant with the applicable Rate Order.

  • Administrator shall, acting reasonably, review such proposed Budgets to ensure compliance with the applicable Rate Order and Section 7.4 (Budget Policy).
