Primary Worker definition

Primary Worker means the Services Worker in the county of jurisdiction who has primary responsibility for the following cases involving multiple jurisdictions:
Primary Worker is defined as the member who has the most hours on a particular job. If there is any question about who is the primary worker (e.g., same hours worked), the Employer agrees to make the employee or sessional the primary worker.
Primary Worker means the Department worker with primary responsibility for the case management of a child open to the Department.
