Prime Hours definition

Prime Hours means the time period from 8:00 am Eastern Time to 8:00 pm Eastern Time during a Business Day.
Prime Hours means the hours of facility use regularly booked by user groups to conduct their activities, as defined in the Fees and Charges Bylaw.
Prime Hours with respect to the Critical Services, are set forth in each applicable Critical Service Level table in Parts C, D, E and F hereof.

Examples of Prime Hours in a sentence

  • The target availability for the Customized Envestnet Platform is (i) 98.5% during Prime Hours and (ii) 98.5% during Non-Prime Hours.

  • The target availability for the Software is (i) 98.5% during Prime Hours and (ii) 98.5% during Non-Prime Hours.

  • For the purposes of the calculation described in the previous sentence, the availability of the Customized Envestnet Platform for a particular month shall be the lower of (a) the availability of the Customized Envestnet Platform during Prime Hours for that month, and (b) the average of (i) the availability of the Customized Envestnet Platform during Prime Hours for that month, and (ii) the availability of the Customized Envestnet Platform during Non-Prime Hours for that month.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in such calendar year Executive did not make at least eighty percent (80%) of all Prime Hours Appearances on QVC in accordance with the QVC Agreement, DRT Royalty Income shall be calculated based solely on Net Royalty Income booked by the Company in connection with those Appearances made by the Executive in such calendar year.

  • Service Level Credits for failures to meet the applicable Service Levels during non-Prime Hours as listed in the Service Level tables in Parts C, D, E and F hereof will be calculated at [REDACTED] percent ([REDACTED]%) of the final calculation for Service Level Credits for Prime Hours.

  • For the purposes of the calculation described in the previous sentence, the availability of the Software for a particular month shall be the lower of (a) the availability of the Software during Prime Hours for that month, and (b) the average of (i) the availability of the Software during Prime Hours for that month, and (ii) the availability of the Software during Non-Prime Hours for that month.

Related to Prime Hours

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.

  • Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;

  • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.

  • Man Hours means the hours spent by the Supplier Personnel properly working on the provision of the Goods and/or Services including time spent travelling (other than to and from the Supplier's offices, or to and from the Sites) but excluding lunch breaks;

  • Ordinary Hours means 38 hours per week within the spread of hours which may be averaged over a 12 month period.

  • Normal Working Hours means 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday, excluding PBI-observed U.S. holidays, in the time zone where the Equipment or other items are located.

  • Clock hours means the actual number of hours or time a participant spends attending the instructional portion of a training designed to develop or enhance early care and education or school–age care competencies.

  • Support Hours means between 8:30am and 5pm during Monday to Friday excluding standard UK Bank Holidays.

  • Hours means clock hours.

  • Service Hours means the amount of time (measured in hours or fractions thereof) a Unit is Delivering Energy or Ancillary Services pursuant to a Dispatch Notice.

  • office hours means the period beginning at 10:00 a.m. of a day and ending at 4:30 p.m. of the same day.

  • Working Hours means 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. in the relevant location on a Business Day.

  • Operating Hours means the hours listed in an early learning program parent handbook when the program is open and providing care and services to children.

  • On-Peak Hours means Hour Ending (“HE”) 0800 through HE 2300 EPT, Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and PJM holidays.

  • Labor hours means the total hours of workers receiving an hourly wage who are directly employed on the site of a building improvement or public works project. "Labor hours" includes hours performed by workers employed by the general contractor and all subcontractors working on the project. "Labor hours" does not include hours worked by foremen, superintendents, project managers, project engineers, and owners.

  • Kilowatt-hour or “kWh” shall mean three decimal six million (3.6 10E6) Joule

  • Contact hour means an hour of training received through direct instruction.

  • Working Hour means an hour between 0900 hours and 1700 hours on a Working Day.

  • Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.

  • Daytime means the period between sunrise and sunset.

  • Training hour means at least 50 minutes of actual learning, including, but not limited to, time devoted to lecture, learning activities, small group activities, demonstrations, evaluations, and hands-on experience.

  • Peak-Hour Dispatch means, for purposes of calculating the Energy and Ancillary Services Revenue Offset under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5, an assumption, as more fully set forth in the PJM Manuals, that the Reference Resource is committed in the Day-Ahead Energy Market in four distinct blocks of four hours of continuous output for each block from the peak-hour period beginning with the hour ending 0800 EPT through to the hour ending 2300 EPT for any day when the average day-ahead LMP for the area for which the Net Cost of New Entry is being determined is greater than, or equal to, the cost to generate (including the cost for a complete start and shutdown cycle) for at least two hours during each four-hour block, where such blocks shall be assumed to be committed independently; provided that, if there are not at least two economic hours in any given four-hour block, then the Reference Resource shall be assumed not to be committed for such block; and to the extent not committed in any such block in the Day- Ahead Energy Market under the above conditions based on Day-Ahead LMPs, is dispatched in the Real-Time Energy Market for such block if the Real-Time LMP is greater than or equal to the cost to generate under the same conditions as described above for the Day-Ahead Energy Market.   • Clock hour means either of the following:

  • Regular Hours means the hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday, excluding the following holidays: Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
