Principal Carer’ definition

Principal Carer’ means an Employee who has the principal caring responsibilities for a newborn child or adopted child, of that Employee or of their partner or spouse.

  • principal contractor means an employer appointed by the client to perform construction work;

Noteholders’ Principal Carryover Shortfall is not used to determine the amount of principal due on the Notes on any Distribution Date, but is used solely for reporting purposes.

  • Principal Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Principal Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables.
