Disability Employment Services – Disability Management Service definition

Disability Employment Services – Disability Management Service means the Disability Employment Services programme by that name administered by the Department.
Disability Employment Services – Disability Management Service means the Disability Employment Services program by that name administered by DEEWR.

  • Providers are contracted to provide Disability Employment Services – Disability Management Service, Disability Employment Services – Employment Support Service or both, in specified Employment Service Areas.

  • This Chapter includes mechanisms for a Participant to move flexibly between Disability Employment Services – Disability Management Service and Disability Employment Services – Employment Support Service if their needs change significantly, and to transfer to another Provider if their Provider does not provide the alternative Program Services that the Participant requires.

  • The term Program Services refers to Disability Employment Services – Disability Management Service and/or Disability Employment Services – Employment Support Service, as applicable to the Provider and the Participant.

  • If at any time the Provider considers, in accordance with any Guidelines, that a Disability Employment Services – Disability Management Service Participant requires Moderate Ongoing Support or High Ongoing Support, the Provider must arrange a Change of Circumstances Reassessment in accordance with clause 129 [Change of Circumstances Reassessment during Ongoing Support].

  • If at any time an OSA recommends that a Disability Employment Services – Disability Management Service Participant receive Moderate Ongoing Support or High Ongoing Support, then the OSA shall be considered a Change of Circumstances Reassessment, and the provisions of clause 129 [Change of Circumstances Reassessment during Ongoing Support] apply.

  • If at any time an OSA recommends that a Disability Employment Services – Disability Management Service Participant receive Moderate Ongoing Support or High Ongoing Support, then the OSA shall be considered a Change of Circumstances Reassessment, and the provisions of clause 694 [Change of Circumstances Reassessment during Ongoing Support] apply.

  • Supported employment services means provision of job training and supervision available to assist an individual who needs intensive ongoing support to choose, get, and keep a job in a community business setting. Supported employment is a service planned in partnership with public vocational assistance agencies and school districts and through Social Security Work Incentives when available.

  • Employment Services means services designed to assist Consumers with obtaining Employment. Services may include, but are not limited to, application completion, resume development, interview training, and providing access to job listings.

  • Disability Termination means termination by the Company of the Executive’s employment by reason of the Executive’s incapacitation due to disability. The Executive will be deemed to be incapacitated due to disability if at the end of any month the Executive is unable to perform substantially all of the Executive’s duties under this Agreement in the normal and regular manner due to illness, injury or mental or physical incapacity, and has been unable so to perform for either (i) three consecutive full calendar months then ending, or (ii) 90 or more of the normal working days during the 12 consecutive full calendar months then ending. Nothing in this paragraph alters the Company’s obligations under applicable law, which may, in certain circumstances, result in the suspension or alteration of the foregoing time periods.

  • Employment services organization means an organization that provides community-based employment services to individuals with disabilities that is an approved Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accredited vendor of the Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services.

  • Employment Termination means the effective date of: (i) Executive’s voluntary termination of employment with the Company with Good Reason, or (ii) the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company without Good Cause.

  • Appropriate office of the state employment service system means the local office of the federal-state national system or public employment offices with assigned responsibility for serving the area where the employment opening is to be filled, including the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

  • Child with a disability means a child who, by reason of any of the following, needs special education and related services:

  • Termination of Services means Participant’s Termination of Consultancy, Termination of Directorship or Termination of Employment, as applicable.

  • employment zone means an area within Great Britain designated for the purposes of section 60 of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 and an “employment zone programme” means a programme established for such an area or areas designed to assist claimants for a jobseeker’s allowance to obtain sustainable employment;

  • Disability means total and permanent disability as defined in Section 22(e)(3) of the Code.

  • Pregnancy disability means a pregnancy-related medical condition or miscarriage.

  • Termination of Employment means that the Executive ceases to be employed by the Company for any reason, voluntary or involuntary, other than by reason of a leave of absence approved by the Company.

  • Supported employment means the ongoing supports to participants who, because of their disabilities, need intensive ongoing support to obtain and maintain an individual job in competitive or customized employment, or self-employment, in an integrated work setting in the general workforce at or above the state’s minimum wage or at or above the customary wage and level of benefits paid by the employer for the same or similar work performed by individuals without disabilities. The outcome of this service is sustained paid employment at or above the minimum wage in an integrated setting in the general workforce in a job that meets personal and career goals. Supported employment services can be provided through many different service models.

  • Student with a disability is defined as an individual who: The limited Pre-ETS that may be provided, based on identified need and the availability of services, include: Authorizations for Pre-ETS. DORS only pays for Pre-ETS services that have been previously authorized by a DORS official in writing.

  • Disability retirement for plan 1 members, means the period

  • Self-employment shall be where a Claimant sets up his/her own business and is responsible for paying his/her tax and National Insurance.

  • Permanent Disability means the Executive’s inability to perform the essential functions of the Executive’s position, with or without reasonable accommodation, for a period of at least 120 consecutive days because of a physical or mental impairment.

  • Total Disability means a “permanent and total disability” within the meaning of Section 22(e)(3) of the Code and such other disabilities, infirmities, afflictions or conditions as the Committee by rule may include.

  • Disability/Disabled means because of Injury or Sickness you are unable to perform the material duties of your Regular Occupation, or are receiving disability benefits under the Employer's plan, during the initial 9 months of Disability. Thereafter, you must be unable to perform all of the material duties of any occupation which you may reasonably become qualified based on education, training or experience, or are subject to the terms of a Rehabilitation Plan approved by the Insurance Company.

  • Outplacement Services means professional outplacement services determined by the Employer to be suitable to the Executive’s position. The maximum amount that the Employer will pay for such services is set forth on the first page of the Agreement. The outplacement services shall be made available until the earlier of (i) such time as the aggregate cost to the Employer of the outplacement services reaches the maximum amount specified on the first page of the Agreement, and (iii) the date on which the Executive obtains another full-time job. The Employer will not pay the Executive cash in lieu of professional outplacement services.

  • Disability or Disabled means that during the Elimination Period and your Own Occupation Period you are, as a result of Physical Disease, Injury, Mental Disorder, Substance Abuse or Pregnancy, unable to perform one or more of the Material Duties of your Own Occupation, and, due to such inability, your Work Earnings are less than 80% of your Indexed Predisability Earnings, and you are incapable of earning 80% or more of your Indexed Predisability Earnings. Your Work Earnings may be Deductible Income. See the “LTD Benefit Calculation” and “Deductible Income” sections.

  • Long-Term Disability means the Grantee is receiving long-term disability benefits under the Employer’s long-term disability plan.

  • Community Developmental Disability Program (CDDP means an entity that is responsible for planning and delivery of services for individuals with developmental disabilities in a specific geographic service area of the state operated by or under a contract with the Division or a local mental health authority.

  • Service-connected disability means a disability incurred or aggravated in the line of duty in the active military, naval, or air service as described in 38 USC 101(16).

  • Employment Termination Date means, with respect to a Participant, the first day upon which the Participant no longer has an employment or service relationship with the Company or any Related Company.

  • Permanent total disability means incapacity because of accidental injury or occupational disease to earn any wages in any employment for which the employee may become physically suited and reasonably fitted by education, training or experience, including vocational rehabilitation; loss of both hands, or both feet, or both legs, or both eyes, or any two thereof, shall constitute permanent total disability;
