Prior Agent definition

Prior Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.18.
Prior Agent means Corre Credit Fund, LLC, in its capacity as Agent under the Credit Agreement until the Second Amendment Effective Date.
Prior Agent means Capital One, N.A., a national banking association formerly known as Hibernia National Bank, in its capacity as agent under the Prior Credit Documents.
