Privacy Officers definition

Privacy Officers means the positions designated by the Head as Privacy Officers for the School District, which are the Secretary Treasurer and the Director of IT for Learning;
Privacy Officers means the Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary, who are designated responsible individuals for ensuring the ABCLS complies with FIPPA and this policy.
