Private Network Use Agreement definition

Private Network Use Agreement means, where the Generator is not the Private Network Operator, an agreement between the Generator and the Private Network Operator which sets out the terms on which the Generator is able to access a Private Network belonging to the Private Network Operator, and, in particular:
Private Network Use Agreement means an agreement to connect to a private network, entered into by the operator of that private network, which sets out the terms for exporting electricity to that private network and the capacity in the private network that is accessible under the agreement;”;
Private Network Use Agreement has the meaning given to "private network use agreement" in the Contracts for Difference (Allocation) Regulations 2014;

A software licensing agreement must address only terms directly associated with licensing the right to use the software and must not address any of the work governed by the contract or any services (other than warranty services regarding the software code or associated documentation).

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.5.2.2. "Directory Assistance Lists" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.6.1.1.
