Reference Portfolio means, the notional portfolio made up of each Reference Asset, as described in this Information Statement under “Reference Portfolio”.
Collateral Portfolio means all right, title, and interest (whether now owned or hereafter acquired or arising, and wherever located) of the Borrower in the property identified below in clauses (i) through (iv) and all accounts, cash and currency, chattel paper, tangible chattel paper, electronic chattel paper, copyrights, copyright licenses, equipment, fixtures, contract rights, general intangibles, instruments, certificates of deposit, certificated securities, uncertificated securities, financial assets, securities entitlements, commercial tort claims, deposit accounts, inventory, investment property, letter-of-credit rights, software, supporting obligations, accessions, or other property consisting of, arising out of, or related to any of the following (in each case excluding the Retained Interest and the Excluded Amounts):
Investment Portfolio means invested assets (including cash and cash equivalents, short-term investments, bonds or other fixed income securities and equity investments).
Renewable Portfolio Standard or “RPS” means a state or federal law, rule or regulation that requires a stated amount or minimum proportion or quantity of electricity that is sold or used by specified persons to be generated from Renewable Energy Sources.
Private Hire Vehicle means a licensed vehicle constructed or adapted to seat fewer than nine passengers, other than a hackney carriage or public service vehicle, which is provided for hire with the services of a driver for the purpose of carrying passengers
Selling Portfolio has the meaning specified in Section 2.10;
private body means a natural person who carries or has carried on any trade, business or profession in that capacity, a partnership or juristic person.
Product Portfolio means a set of information related to the DS Offerings available at xxxx://xxx.0xx.xxx/terms/product-portfolio.
Private property means any dwelling and its curtilage which is being used by a natural person or natural persons for habitation and which is not open to the public and privately owned real property which is not open to the public. "Private property" shall not include:
private land means any land that has been or may hereafter be alienated from the Crown for any estate of freehold, or is or may hereafter be the subject of any conditional purchase agreement, or of any lease or concession with or without a right of acquiring the fee simple thereof (not being a pastoral lease within the meaning of the Land Administration Act 1997 or a lease or concession otherwise granted by or on behalf of the Crown for grazing purposes only or for timber purposes or a lease of Crown land for the use and benefit of the Aboriginal inhabitants) but —
Proposed Portfolio The portfolio of Collateral Obligations and Eligible Investments resulting from the proposed purchase, sale, maturity or other disposition of a Collateral Obligation or a proposed reinvestment in an additional Collateral Obligation, as the case may be.
Origination Date means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the date of the Mortgage Note relating to such Mortgage Loan, unless such information is not provided by the Borrower with respect to such Mortgage Loan, in which case the Origination Date shall be deemed to be the date that is 40 days prior to the date of the first payment under the Mortgage Note relating to such Mortgage Loan.
Portfolio means all policies of the same terms and conditions and the benefit schedule as certified by the Government as a Certified Plan under VHIS.
Portfolio Securities or "investments" of the Series shall mean, respectively, such assets, net assets, securities, portfolio securities or investments which are from time to time under the management of the Subadviser pursuant to this Agreement.
Private Key means the key of a key pair used to create a digital signature;
Mortgage loan originator means any institution which originated a Mortgage Loan for a related Borrower.
Initial Portfolio means the initial portfolio of Receivables, comprising Eligible Assets, purchased by the Guarantor from the Seller pursuant to the Master Loans Purchase Agreement.
Manufactured-home transaction means a secured transaction:
Public Vehicle means a Person whose securities are listed and traded on a national securities exchange and shall include a majority owned subsidiary of any such Person or any operating partnership through which such Person conducts all or substantially all of its business.
Investment Client means (i) any investment company registered as such under the Investment Company Act, any series thereof, or any component of such series for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser; or (ii) any private account for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser.
Purchasing Portfolio has the meaning specified in Section 2.10;
Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.
Takeout Investor means any institution which has made a Takeout Commitment and has been approved by Buyer, in its sole and absolute discretion.
private dwelling means any part of a structure that is occupied as a residence, or any part of a structure or outdoor living area that is accessory to, and used wholly for the purposes of, a residence;
Purchased Student Loan means a Trust Student Loan which is, as of the close of business on the last, day of a Collection Period, purchased by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.05 of the Servicing Agreement or repurchased by the Depositor pursuant to Section 6.01 of the Sale Agreement or purchased by the Sellers pursuant to Section 6.01 of the Purchase Agreements.
Private Investment means a securities offering that is exempt from registration under certain provisions of the U.S. securities laws and/or similar laws of non-U.S. jurisdictions. It includes investments in hedge funds, private equity funds, limited partnerships, real estate, peer to peer lending clubs and private businesses.
