Privilege Fees definition

Privilege Fees means as ascribed in Article 5.1.
Privilege Fees means fees payable to Authority by Concessionaire pursuant to this Agreement.
Privilege Fees means the amount of money owed by Concessionaire to County, pursuant to Article IV herein, for the right to operate its concession business at the Airport, which fee shall be the greater of the "Minimum Annual Guarantee" (as hereinafter defined), or the Percentage Fee.

  • The engagement will be conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and shall include an opinion on whether the Gross Receipts and Percentage Privilege Fees have been completely and accurately presented, calculated and reported according to the terms of this Agreement.

  • When conducted by an independent certified public accountant, there may be no limitation on the scope of the engagement that would preclude the auditor from expressing an unqualified opinion as to the correctness and completeness of the reported Gross Receipts and Percentage Privilege Fees due and paid.

  • If an audit reveals that the Privilege Fees actually paid by an Operator during a Permit term exceed the Privilege Fees such Operator actually incurred, then the Operator shall be entitled to a credit in the amount of the excess against the Privilege Fees next due and owing from the Operator to the Authority.

  • None of the foregoing costs shall permit or entitle Concessionaire to any deductions from or credits against the Privilege Fees payable to Authority.

Privilege Fees means those fees paid by Concessionaire on Gross Concessionable Receipts or the MAG in accordance with Article 4 of this Agreement.

  • Fees means all amounts payable pursuant to, or referred to in, Section 4.1.

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • Other Expenses means all the expenses of the Fund, excluding (a) taxes, (b) brokerage commissions, (c) interest expense, (d) litigation and indemnification expenses and other extraordinary expenses not incurred in the ordinary course of the Fund’s business, (e) investment management fees, (f) Rule 12b-1 fees, (g) transfer agent fees and service fees, (h) shareholder servicing fees, (i) borrowing costs, (j) prime brokerage fees, (k) acquired fund fees and expenses paid indirectly, and (l) short dividend expense.

  • Ancillary Fees With respect to any Serviced Loan, any and all demand fees, beneficiary statement charges, fees for insufficient or returned checks and other usual and customary charges and fees (other than Modification Fees, Consent Fees, Penalty Charges, Assumption Fees, assumption application fees and defeasance fees) actually received from the related Mortgagor.

  • Other Costs Defined in Section 13.9(c).

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Transaction Fees means fees paid or payable by the Service Recipients, which are on market terms, with respect to financial advisory services ordinarily carried out by investment banks in the context of mergers and acquisitions transactions.

  • Legal Costs of a person means legal costs incurred by that person in defending an action for a Liability of that person.

  • Carriage Fee means any fee payable by a Broadcaster to the DPO only for the purpose of carrying its television channels through the DPO’s network, without, specifying the placement of such channels onto a specific position in the Electronic Programme Guide or, seeking assignment of a particular number to such channels;

  • Legal Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8(b) of the Subscription Agreement;

  • Agent's Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.5(c).

  • Membership Fees means the fees established pursuant to the By-Laws of the Union as the fees payable by the members of the Bargaining Unit, and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium, or any other levy.

  • Transfer expenses means all expenses of a transfer that the transfer agreement requires the payee to pay or have deducted from the gross advance amount, including, but not limited to, court filing fees, attorney fees, escrow fees, lien recordation fees, judgment and lien search fees, finders' fees, commissions, and other payments to a broker or other intermediary. Transfer expenses do not include preexisting obligations of the payee that are payable for the payee's account from the proceeds of a transfer.

  • Other Fees means amounts owed by the Borrower hereunder pursuant to Sections 2.09, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 8.01 and 10.10.

  • Late Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).
