Procurement Agreements means the Amended and Restated Unit 5 ---------------------- Combustion Turbine Power Plant and Balance of Plant Equipment Procurement Agreement, dated as of October 6, 2000, between ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ Holdings and GE; the Amended and Restated Unit 6 Combustion Turbine Power Plant and Balance of Plant Equipment Procurement Agreement, dated as of October 6, 2000, between ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ Holdings and GE; the Amended and Restated Unit 7&8 Combustion Turbine Power Plant and Balance of Plant Equipment Procurement Agreement, dated as of October 6, 2000, between ▇▇▇▇▇▇ III Holdings and GE; and the Amended and Restated Unit 9 Combustion Turbine Power Plant and Balance of Plant Equipment Procurement Agreement, dated as of September 20, 2000, between ▇▇▇▇▇▇ III Holdings and GE.
Procurement Agreements means the agreement templates generally used by BHE Canada and its subsidiaries for the purchase of goods, materials, equipment, or services that are utilized in BHE Canada’s operations;
Procurement Agreements means those Business Contracts which are subject to public procurement legislation (including Slovenian Public Procurement Act (Zakon o javnem naroèanju - ZJN-3), Official Gazzette of the Republic of Slovenia, no. 91/2015, and Serbian Public Procurement Act (Zakon o javnim nabavkama) as amended from time to time et seq.);

  • Since all applicable percentage ratios in respect of the September Equipment Purchase Arrangement and the Equipment Procurement Agreement in aggregate exceed 0.1% but less than 5%, the entering into of the Equipment Procurement Agreements is subject to the reporting and announcements requirements but is exempt from the circular and Shareholders’ approval requirements pursuant to Rule 14A.76(2) of the Listing Rules.

  • Accordingly, Sun Technology is an associate of Hydropower Group and therefore a connected person of the Company under Rule 14A.07 and the transactions contemplated under the Equipment Procurement Agreements constitute connected transactions of the Company pursuant to Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules.
