Procurement Phase definition

Procurement Phase means that phase of concluding a PPP Agreement which takes place following the issuance, by the Cabinet, of the approval required by Section 37;
Procurement Phase means that phase of a PPP transaction which takes place following the issuance, by the Council, of the approval required by section 42;
Procurement Phase means that phase of the Project for the selection of the Preferred Bidder.

Procurement Phase means a phase as identified in the Bus Induction Plan of the procurement process corresponding to a portion of the total number of Buses to be procured pursuant to this Agreement, starting [ordinarily] from the date of execution of the relevant Procurement Documents and ending upon the receipt of the Buses in the relevant phase at Lahore, Pakistan.

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Procurement Process means the process commenced by the issuing of this Invitation and concluding upon the award of a contract (or other outcome as determined by Tetra Tech International Development) or upon the earlier termination of the process
